DNA Brands Announces Completion of Statewide Walgreens Distribution Program

, Makers of the great-tasting DNA Energy Drinks(R) and DNA Meat Snacks, each a favorite of the action sports community and its enthusiastic followers, announced today it has completed the final two stages of a statewide distribution program with Walgreens. As a result, DNA, either directly or through its Anheuser-Busch distribution network, has its entire line of products available for purchase at more than 800 Walgreens pharmacies and 100 Liquor Store locations throughout the state of Florida.

Stage one of the statewide build out covering south Florida was completed last month. DNA products can now be found in various locations throughout the stores.

"As we continue to make our products more readily available to the public, more people get to learn about the award-winning taste of our energy drinks. We are currently utilizing several marketing and advertising methods to bring our quality products to the attention of the public, including cable television, radio and event sampling. Walgreens' marketing department has been very helpful in working with us to develop strong sales initiatives that are both favorable to their loyal followers and potential new DNA customers," said DNA's Executive Vice President Melvin Leiner. "Adding a major retailer like Walgreens to our portfolio increases revenue, attracts other major retailers and makes us a larger and more valuable partner in the eyes of our distributors," Leiner concluded.
